We are now recruiting a key position in our Middle East operations for an Office Administrator to join our Qatar team, based in our Doha office.
- Support technical staff in our Qatar office to include:
- Receiving and acknowledging new claim and surveys instructions.
- Inputting and maintaining accurate information upon our claims management systems.
- Prepare and issue time sheets and invoices.
- Loss Adjuster diary management.
- Assisting with the preparation of Reports and other communications with Clients and other stakeholders.
- Assisting with the preparation of claim presentations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate management information reports.
- Other related administration and support tasks, as may be deemed appropriate by the company.
