We are now recruiting a key position in our Middle East operations for an Office Administrator to join our Qatar team, based in our Doha office.


  • Support technical staff in our Qatar office to include:
    • Receiving and acknowledging new claim and surveys instructions.
    • Inputting and maintaining accurate information upon our claims management systems.
    • Prepare and issue time sheets and invoices.
    • Loss Adjuster diary management.
    • Assisting with the preparation of Reports and other communications with Clients and other stakeholders.
    • Assisting with the preparation of claim presentations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate management information reports.
  • Other related administration and support tasks, as may be deemed appropriate by the company.
